5. Payment Terms
A 30% advance payment is required to initiate any project. The remaining balance is payable upon project completion and before the delivery of final editable/source files.
Payments must be made through the approved payment methods mentioned in our invoice or payment request. Late payments may delay project timelines or result in temporary suspension of work.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the client cancels the project before any work has started, MackStroke will provide a 100% refund of the advance amount paid. If the project has already started and the client chooses to cancel, MackStroke will charge 30% of the total project value as a cancellation and planning fee. Any remaining amount paid beyond this charge may be refunded, depending on the payment received and work completed. No refund will be issued once final files, completed designs, or approved deliverables have been shared with the client. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

7. Revisions and Delivery
The number of revisions included in each project will be mentioned in the selected package, quotation, or project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately. Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback time, revision requests, and the availability of required content or assets.

8. Confidentiality

• • Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• • MackStroke reserves the right to include the completed project in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.

9. Termination

• • Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice.

• • Upon termination, the User will be responsible for payment of Services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

• • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
